It is hard enough finding work in the freelance writing industry, without being taken for granted. The trouble is – many sites dubbed “writing mills” by writers, exist and profit extensively without giving a hoot about their writers – or the pay they give them.
The trick to finding an actual freelance site that pays, is doing your research. Although I cannot speak for everyone, below are my findings with the various “freelance” websites on the market today – and why you may want to give them a chance – or run for the hills.
